Annual site fees cover your use of all the great facilities and activities at Cala Gran, plus the service provision of security, landscaping, refuse collection and grass cutting amongst others.
They include the following:

- Park Maintenance
- Landscaping
- Refuse collection
- Grass cutting
- Annual re-investment
- Owners Exclusive and Aftersales Team service
- Owners Exclusive Events
Annual site fees at Cala Gran range from £2,178 to £3,858 p/a less any sublet income you earn, depending on the location of your Holiday Home on the Park.
